The Small Town Open Hearts Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created in 2024 to support LGBTQIA+ youth in Randolph County, North Carolina. The group was founded with the assistance of a grant from the It Gets Better organization. Our mission is to create a more accepting community.
